As an Agency LNA, you will provide essential patient care services under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare team in a variety of healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living . This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work in different locations based on patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid LNA license in NH.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LNA in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients in a safe manner.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to various patient care settings.
• Reliable transportation
